Have you realized that the current situation requires sparring rather than a consulting project? Now the selection of the right sparring partner is the next and most important step.

  1. In any case, your sparring partner must have the necessary C-level and management experience. 
  2. The sparring partner should be able to stay in the background and work in the background.
  3. The chemistry between the two partners must be right.
  4. Flexibility: The sparring partner should be available when you need them and not because the appointment is blocked in your calendar.

My offer

Sparring with Ralf Maurer - What does that look like in practice?

We agree the scope and intensity of the business sparring partnership together. Typical examples look like this: We arrange to meet online or, if required, on site 1 – 2 times a week for 1-3 hours. And sometimes I also come in-house for a full day to accompany individual meetings or workshops.
I usually recommend a minimum of 3 months for effective sparring.

I usually agree an appropriate monthly fee with my clients that covers all assignments.

However, billing by the hour is of course also possible.
